In Germany, there is an official or police obligation to Registration Act. in accordance with the Federal Registration Act. Landlords and landladies are obliged to have a registration form filled out and signed by their guests on arrival.

We will answer your enquiry as quickly as possible and get back to you directly.

Through the booking form, you can book your stay within a few minutes. Your room will then be reserved and ready for you. Your room will be available from 3:00 PM.

  • Any commissions or commission payments are only effective if they have been agreed in advance and recorded in writing in a contract with the management.
  • Access to the accommodation and the booked room is only permitted to the named guest. This applies to all booking portals.
  • Payment for the booked arrangement must be made on arrival at the latest.
  • Individual bookingsFree cancellation until 23:59 on the day before arrival (unless otherwise stated). In case of later cancellation: 100 % of the booking price.
  • Group bookings (from 5 rooms): Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. Thereafter: 100 % of the reserved stay volume (room rates without special services).

For reservations of 5 or more apartments, special cancellation conditions apply. If canceled up to 14 days before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. A shorter notice cancellation is not possible and will be charged at 100% of the reserved stay volume (room rates excluding special services such as breakfast).

Seasonal price adjustments and all changes reserved. Please refer to the booking tools for current prices.

In the case of a stay that has already commenced, the possibility of a refund will be examined on a case-by-case basis if guests depart early. This goodwill decision is the responsibility of the hotel management and is made depending on seasonal capacity utilisation.

For organisational reasons, the room allocation may change several times before check-in. The room can be changed to another room of equal or higher value at any time. There is no entitlement to a specific room (with the exception of barrier-free/disabled-accessible rooms).

Please note that the images shown on this website are representative examples of each room category. Within a room category, the rooms may vary in layout and amenities. Therefore, the room assigned to you may differ from the images displayed.

When paying for a booking in advance, payment must be received in our account before arrival in accordance with our cancellation conditions (please note: group reservations differ). Otherwise we reserve the right to release these rooms in accordance with the cancellation conditions.

In this case, the cancellation fee will still apply. We recommend depositing a credit card with a sufficient limit, which can be charged on the day of arrival.

If you wish to provide us with a credit card for billing purposes, for security reasons this may only be sent by fax (0906/99996701) can be sent.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

We would like to point out that additional services, such as extra beds, baby cots, allergy pillows, specific room requests, or room location, can only be considered before the end of reception hours.
When booking outside of reception hours, special requests cannot be accommodated as the reception is not staffed continuously.
