With our self-check-in kiosk, you can conveniently check in during and after our reception hours (see below).
In just a few steps, you will be guided through the process. You only need a valid debit or credit card (Eurocash (EC), Girocard, Mastercard, Visa, V Pay, Maestro, UnionPay, DISCOVER, JCB, American Express).
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.

Check-In with existing booking

• Select your language
• Select „I already have a reservation“
• Enter the surname of the person in the official booking (possibly not the guest name).
• Check your booking details, if necessary you can add services here
• Please fill in your guest details completely & correctly with your signature
• You can also enter a different billing address here if necessary.
• If you have already paid for your stay in advance, the payment process will be skipped. Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the card terminal for payment.
• Select the number of room cards and take them from the vending machine
• Don't forget the receipt that the machine dispenses last.

A „long“ copy of the invoice is available on request at reception or by e-mail to info(at)cityhotel-donauwoerth.de .

If you have booked more than one room, repeat the process according to the number of rooms.
